Partnership & performance marketing strategy

I have been building partner ecosystems and performance marketing strategies since 2004 — longer than most practitioners in the space. My specialty is partnership ecosystems: the full architecture of affiliate programs, strategic brand partnerships, B2B channel development, and the technology and attribution infrastructure that makes it all work at scale.

I founded All Inclusive Marketing (AIM) in 2009 and built it into one of the most respected partnership and performance marketing agencies in the world. AIM was acquired by Plus Company in 2020 in one of the most recognized exits in the affiliate marketing industry. While I no longer run programs myself, I carry two decades of relationships across eCommerce, SaaS, travel, and hospitality — and I use those connections to open doors for the women and businesses I work with who are looking to build, scale, or optimize their partner ecosystems.

I currently serve as Chair of the Program Advisory Council for the Marketing Management program at BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology), under the School of Business and Media — the same institution where my own entrepreneurial story began. In this role I help shape the curriculum and direction of one of BC’s most respected marketing programs, ensuring it reflects where the industry is actually going.

I also serve in advisory capacities for companies and organizations seeking senior perspective on digital marketing strategy, partnership and affiliate ecosystem development, and founder-led business growth. Particularly interested in organizations with a mission connected to women, SMBs, community, or technology platforms that support underserved founders.
