First off, thanks for dropping in to SarahBundy.com. My name is Sarah Bundy and I’m pleased to meet you! Time is precious and limited these days, so I’ll be sure to make your time here worthwhile. Secondly, and before we get into the meat and potatoes of this blog, it might be good to know a little more about me and why you should read my blog.
In a nutshell, I’ve been in the affiliate marketing industry for almost a decade. I have 12 years of sales and marketing experience and have won several awards throughout my career. I contribute to affiliate marketing magazines/sites such as FeedFront Magazine and ReveNews.com, and speak at international events such as the Online Marketing Summit and Affiliate Management Days conferences. I also volunteer on the board of the Online Marketing Institute and work to better the industry through awareness, education and personalized training. I’m a consultant and business owner, mother of two wonderful kids (who are my greatest joy) and have traveled the world.
I became an affiliate manager for the first time in 2004 when I was working as the sales manager for CoastalContacts.com. Coastal is the world’s leading online optical retailer, generating over $250 million a year in sales, is an Internet Retailer Fortune 500 and has head offices in Canada, the United States, Sweden and Japan.
Like many people in the industry I spent the first six months working 10 hours a day just trying to figure out what the heck I was doing. Within three years I had won Marketing MVP twice and been nominated for Employee of the Year twice.
In 2007 I decided to leave Coastal Contacts. My husband and I both quit our jobs in reputable companies, sold everything we owned and traveled the world. It was the best few months of our lives and we experienced everything from Shark Diving in South Africa and Sky Diving in Fiji to Canyoning in Switzerland.
We’ve spent time sipping some of the best wines in South Africa, Spain and Australia, eaten delicacies in France, Ireland and Croatia, and met some beautiful people who’ve become lifelong friends along the way.
Upon returning to Canada, Iain went back to work in the Financial Industry and I started my first full service affiliate management company. I partnered with a search and email expert that previously worked with me at Coastal Contacts and began working as a business owner for the first time. We took on several affiliate marketing programs and several search clients. Within a few months we had been nominated for Best new Outsourced Program Management Company of the year on AbestWeb, the affiliate marketing industry’s largest online community as well as Best New Start Up of the Year in Vancouver.
Unfortunately my partnership with my previous business partner ended and I started All Inclusive Marketing Inc, which is now one of North America’s leading full service Affiliate Management companies. We’ve been established since 2008 and have grown to lead affiliate programs for clients in Canada, the United States, South America, China and the Middle East. Our team of experts has grown to 15 specialists, all experienced and specialized in their areas of expertise such as affiliate marketing, search engine optimization, web analytics, e-commerce website design and more. I am now in the process of creating my third company which is related to education and training for merchants in the affiliate management space.

I will be offering invaluable advice, reviews and recommendations of tools and strategies to effectively manage your affiliate marketing programs, how to better engage with affiliates and a great many other topics that are relevant to being a better leader in the affiliate marketing space.
